Corrections and data requests
Signa shows trademark data as the offices report it, grouped into company records. If something is wrong, or you want personal data removed, we want to fix it. Here is how to ask.
Correction or takedown
Wrong details on a record, a mark attributed to the wrong owner, companies merged by mistake (or that should be merged), or a record you want removed.
Email a correction requestOr write to legal@signa.so
Personal data and GDPR erasure
Some records name individual owners and attorneys. If you are the person named, ask us to correct or erase your personal data. We may need to confirm your identity first.

What happens next
- Step 1
You send the request
Include the page URL, the record identifier, what is wrong and any evidence. The email templates above ask for each of these. - Step 2
We check the source
We review the request and, where relevant, compare the record with the office that published it. - Step 3
We fix, remove or flag it
If the error is ours, we correct it. Some details can only be changed at the office itself; then we tell you which office to contact and suppress or annotate the record on Signa in the meantime. - Step 4
We reply
We let you know what we changed, or why a change has to come from the office.
Your rights
